Why would I ever want a pressure cooker?
In today’s world of instant everything, why not instant home cooked food?
I like red beans but they do take some time to get just right.
You have to cook them a while…
- Time to soften the beans.
- Time to get the bean juice just right.
Sometimes this was a 4 or 5 hour thing.
Other times it took a reheating to get them just right.
30 minutes…Is all it took!
I really like my instant pot now and tough meat is a thing of the past.
